Revised Medical Fitness Certificate from IMMARBE

Please be advised that Medical Fitness Certificate Form (F-006-MFC) of Belize has been revised as follows:
 

• Page 1, window 24, the validation period of the certificate has been changed from one (1) year to two (2) years.
• Page 2, Medical Requirements window, "This physical examination must be carried out not more than 24 months prior to the date of making the application for Endorsement."

The revised Medical Certificate Forms should be issued with immediate affect. 

Kindly drop your attention  that old forms will be valid until their expiry date.
